There are some old school bars and yacht clubs that keep this game around for patrons to play, so we figured we might as well add some drinking rules to the game and add it to our list of drinking games.

Backgammon is a two person game, but you can always play with two teams two if you have four people. Play the game as you normally would, rolling the dice and moving the checkers. Just as usual, the player to remove all their pieces from the board is the winner. In addition, add these rules below:

1. Anytime you remove a piece from the board, take a drink
   
2. Anytime one of your pieces get sent to the bard, take a drink
   

In this version of the game, the winner is going to take the most drinks, so we suggest that the loser must take a shot of something.
