Summary
The Braveheart drinking game is simple. Just watch the movie Braveheart and take a drink of either Scotch or Guinness whenever someone is killed, loses a limp, or gets decapitated.
Rules
For those of you who don’t know about Braveheart, here is a quit synopsis: In 1280 A.D. King Edward I, known as "Longshanks", has annexed Scotland as part of England, and his oppressive rule leads to the deaths of William Wallace's father and brother. Years later and after Wallace has grown up with his uncle outside of Scotland, the Scots continue to live under the harsh thumb of Longshanks' cruel laws. Wallace returns, intent on living as a farmer and avoiding involvement in the still-simmering Scottish rebellion.
Fortunately for us, and for Scotland, he decides to head-up the rebellion and start kicking some English ass. This, my friend, is where the drinking game begins:
If you play the game with Scotch, you truly are Brave of Heart. For the rest of us, beer is not a bad choice either as long as it is a thick dark beer like Guinness. Please remember to drink responsibly.

- Take 1 drink every time some gets killed
- Take 2 drinks every time someone loses a limb
- Take 3 drinks every time someone gets decapitated
- Chug your drink every time someone gets their intestines cut out while yelling “FREEDOM”
