For those of you who don't know, The Goonies was a hit movie in 1985 about a group of kids who call themselves the Goonies from a section of Astoria, Oregon, called the "Goon Docks". The "Goonies", hoping to save the Goon Docks from demolition, go on an adventure to find the buried treasure of a legendary pirate named One-Eyed Willie. The Goonies Drinking Game follows the movie in real time and requires you to drink whenever something from the list below happens during the actual movie.

To play the Goonies Drinking Game, you’ll need to actually be watching the Goonies movie… a novel concept we know. During the movie, follow these simple rules:

1. Drink 1 each time someone from the movie swears
   
2. Drink 1 if you swear back in reaction
   
3. Drink 1 whenever someone says the name, “One Eyed Willie”
   
4. Drink 1 whenever Chunk eats something.
   
5. Drink 2 whenever Chunk breaks something.
   
6. Drink 2 whenever Data says “Boody Trap”
   
7. Drink 2 whenever Data used an invention
   
8. Drink 3 every time Sloth laughs
   
9. Drink 3 every time bullets are fired
   
10. FINISH your DRINK if someone says, “Goonies”
    

This is pretty much one the best movies of all time, and these drinking game rules make the movie just that much better. Especially the finish your drink rule! Have fun, and please drink responsibly.
