Summary
This drinking game is setup like a basketball tournament, hence the name NCAA. Like all drinking games, this one is competitive and can have money riding on the line in addition to drinks. Grab a partner for a teammate and start shooting.
Rules
If you can find one person to be the announcer the game will flow more smoothly. Follow the instructions below to play:
- Create teams with 2+ people
- Each Team gets 2 dice
- Each player puts $1 in the center of the table for the pool
- Teams are divided into different matches / games
- For each game, each team rolls the dice
- The team with the lowest roll: each player takes a shot of beer
- The team with the highest roll: gets 1 point
- If a tie is rolled, it’s a re-roll
- First team to 10 wins the game
- The losing team: each player takes 10 shots of beer

- The winning teams play one another and so do the losing teams
- The overall winning team gets to keep the pool of money
If you have enough teams to narrow down to a final four, then the same rules apply but all drinks are double. You can add more instructions to the game if you want, like each winning team can a rule for the next game, or losers are automatically beer bitches for the next game, etc.
